Fullview is a customer support SaaS platform designed to streamline support teams’ efforts. The platform records users’ screens, allowing support teams to identify errors later. Additionally, the platform offers co-browsing capabilities, which enable support specialists to guide users step-by-step in a video chat environment.

THE GOAL: Design a platform that streamlines the customer support process by allowing specialists to better understand user issues. It aims to create an easy-to-use platform with co-browsing and screen recording capabilities.
DESIGN PROCESS: Based on identified pain points in the customer support process, a user-friendly platform that offers co-browsing and screen recording capabilities needed to be designed. We refined the designs with the stakeholders through prototyping and user interviews.
FINAL SOLUTION: Fullview is a powerful customer support tool that offers screen recording and co-browsing features to streamline the support process. The intuitive design ensures that users can quickly and easily navigate its features. The platform makes customer support more efficient and effective, improving the customer experience.
